“We want to let the public know that the good thing we are happy is that the court has headed to our request and has released most of them, if not all, at a cash bill of 500 shillings, of which we have managed to process for them, is being paid at the registry to have them released today and they donate with their families. There are also another group of protesters who are charged with drunk and disorderly. Around 13 of them. For them, they pleaded guilty, and the court take into account the circumstances of their arrest and appreciating that these persons could not be drunk at 2am along the streets in Nairobi, 2pm along the streets in Nairobi, and we all know how the state has been changing these charges, and the court has really upheld the rule of law and discharged those persons without demand of any payment of any form of fine. So we want to applaud the court for this particular vigilance and breathing this particular spirit to the Constitution.  Let us not use the state machineries to try and subject innocent Kenyans to unnecessary processes which they should not be going through, because people came out in large numbers. For the last two months, they have been doing so every single Tuesday and Thursday just to demand for a better Kenya, and just to call for a better country which is free from corruption, free from misuse of public funds, free from misuse of police force, to to make to oppress Kenya. But instead, the state has taken the chance, or to this chance, to ensure that they totally disregard the constitution”, Said Stephen Wanjiru  a council member with the law study of Kenya

They promised to make sure that the  bill falls even before it is presented, they believe it is the same same disenfranchisement that Duale did for the university students, and that's the same thing which Duale and government want to curtail their rights.

“This is what we have been saying that the executive has captured the judiciary the legislature, and the legislature is trying to delineate the judiciary We Shall Not Accept so fellow Kenyans of goodwill, do not worry. Another thing I want to tell you, disregard these malicious posters that the NIS is planting on social media to try and sow disunity. Disregard any posters or any direction that does not come from the collective, and we want to firmly and very, very categorically call out anybody who uses the name of the movement to enrich themselves and so disunity amongst the people. We shall deal with you. As our comrades have said, we will organize at grassroots. We will organize in our communities, and we will roll out the next programs. Very, very keenly, because this is just but the beginning”. Said Activist Kasmuel McOure

“These people are using money to imprison young patriots while the big criminals are being appointed in state house today. We reject the government of national unity. We reject the unity of billionaires under the leadership of Raila, Molo Odinga and William Samoei Ruto, and we ask them that they will still face the wrath of the Kenyan people. On Tuesday, on Thursday, we will be in the street to defend the homeland". Said Booker Ngesa Omole

Representing the National Provisional Coordination of Assembly the People's Assembly and the National Vice Chairperson of the Communist Party of Kenya
