Red Bull Scramboo Returns for a Second Thrilling Year at Uhuru Park
The much-anticipated Red Bull Scramboo is back for its second edition, promising an electrifying mix of creativity, adrenaline, and pure Kenyan ingenuity. Set for 29th November 2025 at Uhuru Park from 11am, the event is calling on thrill-seekers and fun-loving adults to show up, cheer on, and experience one of the most unique downhill bike competitions in the country.
Red Bull Scramboo celebrates the art of “scrambooooing” that bold, show-off riding culture many grew up with on black mambas and BMX bikes. This year’s competition pushed creativity to new heights, with teams of three (a driver, a “princess” passenger, and a pusher) submitting wild, humorous, and downright outrageous bike designs and themes.
From Maasai warriors to matatu touts, football fanatics, eggs, vegetables, and everything in between, the submissions were as quirky as they were imaginative. Judges selected the top 25 entries, and these teams have spent the last weeks transforming their sketches into fully pimped, show-ready bikes.
On event day, the 25 teams will face the ultimate challenge: a thrilling downhill race packed with turns, corners, and unpredictable obstacles. Winners will be determined not only by how fast they conquer the track, but also by the creativity of their bikes and costumes—judged by a star panel featuring MohaGrafix, Ferdinand Omanyala, and Mammito.
Spectators can expect high energy, big laughs, impressive artistry, and spectacular wipeouts as teams battle for bragging rights.
Entry is KSh 200, redeemable for a can of Red Bull.
Adults aged 18–49 with an appetite for fun, performance, and living life to the fullest are encouraged to come out and be part of the Scramboo madness.
